I never thought in my life thought that any metal band’s music video could make me cry.

Especially not Five Finger Death Punch.

Then they released the video for the song “Remember Everything.”

And then…

…this.

The video for their latest single “Coming Down.”

I….I just…I can’t…

Ok, here’s the thing.

I really want EVERY SINGLE FUCKING PERSON who is carelessly scrolling down Tumblr right now to stop and watch this entire video.

Not just because it’s a good song. Not just because it’s a good video.

Not even because I said so.

Do it because you give a shit.

If you’re ANYONE who has dealt with:

  • Depression
  • Attempted Suicide (or known someone who has)
  • Bullying
  • Abuse
  • Addiction
  • Cutting
  • Eating disorder
  • Self-image issues
  • or anything else of the like

This video is for you.

You are not alone. Not now, not ever.

And if you’re ANYONE who KNOWS someone who is suffering from any of these, step up and be a friend. Be the person they need you to be.

Because YOU can make all the difference. You can be the reason someone lives or dies.

And to any of those who are suffering I say this:

I love you. I may not know you, we may have never met, and, frankly, it may never happen.

But I still love you. You are a wonderful person and the world is a better place just by having you in it. Don’t ever feel that you’re not important, because you most definitely are - you’re important to ME. It truly only takes ONE friend to make a difference, and I will be that friend, because I know that you are mine.

Anytime you are feeling down, lost, confused, hurt, etc. you can always COME TO ME!
